Buzzer Buses is a member of the Community Transport Association (CTA) which is an association of around 1,500 organisations, many who also deal with the same challenges in providing voluntary and community transport services within the UK.

Our drivers are caring, friendly and helpful. They also work hard to ensure the service is reliable and punctual. Each driver is MiDAS trained. MiDAS is the training scheme run under the CTA which ensures competence with training renewed every 3 years. Drivers are all checked under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Drivers will assist members to and from their door and are also happy to help with shopping bags, taking them from a trolley onto the bus and then to the member’s doorstep.
